Annual Membership
This year's fees are as follows:
For New Members, the one-time initiation fee is $ 100.00.
A maximum of 10 (ten) new members will be accepted this year.
The annual membership fiscal year begins on July 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2026.

Outside Tournament and Outing Play: Annual members who enter group outings (12 or more golfers) or outside tournaments held at Northwood Golf Club (other than scheduled club events listed on the Club’s Calendar of Events) are responsible for full green fees charged to participate in the tournament and outing. To schedule a group outing, please contact the golf shop and complete a group outing request form. No refunds or rebates will be paid to annual members who participate in outside tournaments and outings.
Playing Privileges: For both the Regular and Super Senior Memberships, the following play times are in effect:
Out of Season, weekends included: November 1, 2025 – May 1, 2026. Membership is valid for play any time including weekends, except Thanksgiving weekend (see gray-out dates)
In Season: Weekend play requires a co-pay greens fee July 1, 2025 – Novenber 1, 2025; and May 1, 2026 - July 1, 2026.
Members pay a reduced greens fee for weekend play during the play restriction dates shown above. Weekends are defined as all day Saturday and Sunday. Rates for Saturday and Sunday are $15 for nine holes and $25 for 18 holes. These rates are for members only. Regular rates apply to guests.
Gray-out dates for holiday weekends:
Memorial weekend (2025): All day Saturday, May 24, Sunday, May 25, and Monday, May 26, until 12:00 noon. (5/24/2025 - 5/26/2025)
July Fourth: All day Friday, July 4, through Sunday, July 6. (7/4/2025 - 7/6/2025)
Labor Day weekend: All day Saturday, Aug. 30, Sunday, Aug. 31, and Monday, Sept. 1 (8/30/2025 - 9/1/2025)
Thanksgiving weekend: All day Friday, Nov. 28, Saturday, Nov. 29, and Sunday, Nov. 30 (11/28/20245- 11/30/2025)
Memorial weekend (2026): All day Saturday, May 23, Sunday, May 24, and Monday, May 25 (5/23/2026 - 5/25/2025)
If you are interested in playing during these weekends, please call the golf shop and our staff can explain when the co-payment period begins and ends.
All fees are due and payable on or before July 1, 2025, and become delinquent and subject to a $100 (one hundred dollar) reinstatement fee as of July 15, 2025. An initiation fee of $100 (one hundred dollars) will be assessed in addition to the annual fees on all new memberships and those former members who have allowed their membership to lapse.
Quarterly Payment Option for Single and Couple Memberships:
All quarterly payments must be by direct debit method from your credit card we keep on file. Prior authorization is required. Credit card information must be kept current. Those members who elect this payment plan will be sent a form to authorize the deductions from your account and to update your credit card information.

Members, please take note: The quarterly payment plan is a payment option based on a full year’s membership fee. A Member may not choose to pay for a partial year or omit a payment and then opt out of playing golf during the months of non-payment.
